The 2024 rankings brought the heat with 18 boats battling it out in one of the most competitive seasons we´ve seen. The action was relentless, with nearly every regatta crowning a different champion—a true testament to the fleet´s depth and skill.
May Be VI set the tone early, storming to victory at the Hesa Regatta. Then came Sara af Hangö blazing through Hanko to take the top spot. Over in the Airisto Regatta, Antje stole the show, only to watch Astree III dominate the Finnish Championships in Lauttasaari. But Astree III wasn´t done—far from it. They kept their momentum alive with back-to-back wins at the Sinebrychoff Challenge and the Viapori Cup, solidifying their status as a team to beat.
The twists kept coming. At the Champagne Regatta, Lisbeth V sailed to a sparkling victory, while Antje wrapped up its season in style with a triumph at BS. But the spotlight of the season ultimately belonged to Astree III, who not only claimed the overall championship with a commanding lead but also brought home silver from the European Championships in Sanxenxo, Spain.
And let´s not forget the jaw-dropping performance by Oiva. Against all odds, they captured the European Championship title in the modern division, making waves across the continent. Meanwhile, newcomer Lillevi was the fleet´s rising star. Acquired just this summer, they showed steady improvement and look poised to be a top contender next year. On social media? Lillevi already owns the crown—bring on 2025!
