After a long and relentless fight against cancer, Peter had to finally take down his sails for good. He quietly passed away in the evening of the 13th of December at the Ersta hospital in Stockholm in the presence of his closest family.
The sailing world is mourning him and we are all sending our thoughts to his family. We are all missing one of the greatest profiles in yachting. Peter was, as we all know, a great supporter and contributor to the Six metre class - both as one of the most successful designers, as well as, active participant - spanning over several decades. The funeral will take place on the 11th of January at 11.00 AM at the Sofia church in Stockholm.
